城市燃气管网安全运行存在的问题与对策

城市燃气的运输和配送需要借助专用管网系统,而在燃气管网运行过程中,工程施工损坏燃气管道,燃气管道设计不合理,管道施工质量不满足要求,燃气管网运行管理不够精细,用户私自改装燃气管线等不良现象屡见不鲜,给燃气管网的安全运行埋下了巨大隐患,燃气泄漏风险居高不下,严重威胁广大城市居民的生命安全。加强对城市燃气管网的全过程、全方位管控,确保燃气输配系统运行的安全可靠性,是促进城市高质量健康发展的重要举措。为此,文章首先介绍了城市燃气管网的主要构成及风险特点,并总结了城市燃气管网安全运行中的常见问题,最后提出了新时期提高城市燃气管网安全运行水平的具体对策,仅供参考。

The transportation and distribution of urban gas need to rely on the special pipeline network system. During the operation of the gas pipeline network, the gas pipeline is damaged by engineering construction, the design of the gas pipeline is unreasonable, the construction quality of the pipeline does not meet the requirements, the operation and management of the gas pipeline network is not fine enough,private modification of the gas pipeline and other bad phenomena are common, which has laid a huge hidden danger for the safe operation of the gas pipeline network. The gas leakage risk remains high, which seriously threatens the life safety of the majority of urban residents. Strengthening the whole-process and all-round control of urban gas pipeline network to ensure the safety and reliability of the operation of gas transmission and distribution system is an important measure to promote the healthy and high-quality development of the city. To this end, this paper first introduces the main components and risk characteristics of urban gas pipeline network, and summarizes the common problems in the safe operation of urban gas pipeline network. Finally, it puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the safe operation level of urban gas pipeline network in the new period for reference.
