摘要
奥氏体不锈钢具有优异的耐腐蚀性及加工成型性。添加氮作为合金元素能显著提高奥氏体不锈钢的综合力学性能,同时能增强奥氏体的稳定性和奥氏体不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能。金属注射成型是适合制备粉末冶金高氮不锈钢零件的成型技术,能有效克服含氮不锈钢粉末难成型的缺点。利用金属注射成型在烧结阶段与氮气充分接触,能缩短氮扩散距离和渗氮时间,使烧结件里的氮元素分布更为均匀。基于此,文章研究成功以成本低廉的无镍CrMn双相不锈钢粉末为原料,通过渗氮烧结,制备出高氮无镍奥氏体不锈钢块体,测试其耐腐蚀性能并对其细胞毒性进行评估。
Austenitic stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and processing formability. Adding nitrogen as an alloying element can significantly improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of austenitic stainless steel and enhance the stability of austenite and corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel. Metal injection molding is a molding technology suitable for the preparation of powder metallurgy high nitrogen stainless steel parts, which can effectively overcome the shortcomings of nitrogen-containing stainless steel powders that are difficult to mold. Using metal injection molding to fully contact nitrogen in the sintering stage can shorten the nitrogen diffusion distance and nitriding time, and make the distribution of nitrogen in the sintered parts more uniform. Based on this, this paper successfully prepared high nitrogen nickel-free austenitic stainless steel block by nitriding and sintering with low-cost nickel-free CrMn duplex stainless steel powder as raw material,tested its corrosion resistance and evaluated its cytotoxicity.
