摘要
高密度、长编组的大轴重列车常态化运行,导致重载铁路小半径曲线桥梁线桥偏心病害快速发展,进而影响结构安全和列车运行安全,而常规整治技术存在人工需求大、线路保持期较短等诸多问题。文章以朔黄铁路恢河特大桥线桥偏心病害为研究对象,首次采用大型养路机械施工的方式对线桥偏心问题进行落道加拨道综合处理,成功实现最大拨道量185 mm,最大落道量350 mm的设计目标。施工整治恢复常速后,经检测,桥梁的桥跨横向振幅、加速度、动挠度、冲击系数及桥墩横向振幅等参数与施工整治前对比均有明显下降,所监测数据均满足规范要求,拨正偏心,道床落道整治效果明显,该整治方案具有良好的应用前景。
The normalized operation of high-density and long-organized large axle load trains leads to the rapid development of eccentricity diseases of small radius curve bridges in heavy haul railways, which further affects the structural safety and train operation safety. However, there are many problems in the conventional remediation technology such as large labor demand and short line maintenance period. Taking eccentricity disease of Huihe Bridge on Shuohuang Railway as the research object, this paper adopts the method of large-scale road maintenance machinery construction to comprehensively deal with the eccentricity problem of the line bridge for the first time, and the design goal of the maximum track volume of 185 mm and the maximum drop track volume of 350 mm are successfully achieved. After the construction remediation returns to normal speed, the parameters such as the transverse amplitude, acceleration,dynamic deflection, impact coefficient and transverse amplitude of the pier of the bridge are significantly decreased compared with those before the construction remediation according to the test. The monitored data all meet the requirements of the specification. The positive eccentricity is set,and the remediation effect of the track bed fall are obvious.The remediation scheme has a good application prospect.
