摘要
文章以液力偶合器为研究对象,结合其工作特点、使用功能和保护机制等,提出了重要保护逻辑和参数指标。通过研究液力偶合器联锁保护控制方案、液力偶合器加热器控制方案、液力偶合器辅助油泵控制方案和液力偶合器调速控制方案等,提出了一个独立完整的液力偶合器综合控制方案,有效解决了液力偶合器启动方案不完善,机组运行不稳定,加热器和辅助油泵使用不安全,调速难控制的问题。
In this paper, the hydraulic coupling is taken as the research object, and the important protection logic and parameter indexes are proposed in combination with its working characteristics, use function and protection mechanism. By studying the interlock protection control scheme of hydraulic coupling, the heater control scheme of hydraulic coupling, the auxiliary oil pump control scheme of hydraulic coupling and the speed regulation control scheme of hydraulic coupling, an independent and complete comprehensive control scheme of hydraulic coupling is proposed, which effectively solves the problems of imperfect starting scheme of hydraulic coupling, unstable operation of unit, unsafe use of heater and auxiliary oil pump and difficult control of speed regulation.
