旁路净化系统在供热系统中的适用性分析

摘要 随着我国城市建设步伐的加快,人们生活水平逐步提高,供热需求越来越大。由于受供热系统施工质量、运行管理水平等因素影响,随着系统运行时间的延长,供热系统出现管道堵塞、腐蚀,供热效果不佳等问题,严重影响用户的使用舒适度。在当前环境保护的高要求下,进一步提高供暖的保障性和供暖舒适度,降低能源消耗,已成为供暖系统思考和研究的重要课题。文章提出在供热系统上增加旁路净化系统,以此除去供热系统中的污垢、铁锈等杂质,延长系统使用寿命,减少系统维护,提高系统运行效率,节能降耗效果明显。 With the acceleration of urban construction in China, people’s living standards have gradually improved,and the demand for heat supply is increasing. Due to the influence of the construction quality, operation management level of the heating system, with the extension of system operation time, the heating system has problems such as pipeline blockage, corrosion and poor heating effect, which seriously affect the users’ comfort. Under the current high requirements of environmental protection, further improving the security of heating and heating comfort and reducing energy consumption have become an important topic of heating system thinking and research. This paper proposes to add a bypass purification system to the heating system to remove impurities such as dirt and rust in the heating system,prolong the service life of the system, reduce system maintenance, improve system operation efficiency, and achieve obvious energy saving and consumption reduction effects.
