公路工程的项目实施中,进度管理是管理工作的重点,只有通过动态化的进度管理,才能够确保现场的一切施工作业都能够按照进度计划来安排,避免进度延误所导致的经济损失。随着公路工程建设项目的增多、规模的扩大,各个施工企业为提高其管理水平,必须将进度管理放在重点位置,从多个角度,确保工程现场的施工进度可与计划进度相一致。基于此,文章从公路工程中进度管理的重要性出发,总结了公路工程项目施工进度管理中存在的问题,并重点研究了进度管理的有效措施,对同类型项目的进度管理具有重要的指导价值。

In the implementation of highway engineering projects, progress management is the focus of management work. Only through dynamic progress management can all construction operations on the site be arranged according to the progress plan to avoid the economic losses caused by progress delay. With the increase of highway engineering construction projects and the expansion of scale, each construction enterprise must focus on progress management and ensure that the construction progress of the project site can be consistent with the planned progress from multiple perspectives in order to improve its management level. Based on this, starting from the importance of progress management in highway engineering, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction progress management of highway engineering projects, and focuses on the effective measures of progress management, which has important guiding value for the progress management of similar projects.
