In the process of expressway project construction,the concept of standardization construction plays a important role. However, the standardization construction in China has been in the exploratory stage and has not formed a complete theoretical system. Construction standardization management plays a vital role in the construction safety, construction quality, construction progress and construction cost control of expressway construction projects. In this paper, the relevant situation of standardization construction management is analyzed in detail, and the matters needing attention in project construction management are deeply analyzed. Combined with the actual construction cases, the implementation of the concept of standardization construction of expressway engineering is discussed in depth, which provides information reference for the construction of similar projects.
