摘要
作为生产、生活用水量极大的产业,工业企业的给水设施常常因为各种原因导致给水漏失。给水漏失除了给企业造成能源损失、增加生产成本,还可能造成企业局部厂区地下土壤含水量增加,从而加速给水管道的腐蚀,并影响管道沿线地面的承载能力等。文章从用水水质、水量、水压与土壤相互作用的角度分析工业企业给水漏失的机理,根据实践经验,探讨给水漏失与水压的关系,以及通过调控水压控制给水漏失的具体措施,旨在有效减少能耗,并延长给水管道的使用寿命。
As an industry with huge production and domestic water consumption, water supply facilities in industrial enterprises often have water supply leakage due to various reasons. Water supply leakage not only causes energy losses and increases production costs to enterprises, but may also increase the water content of underground soil in local plant areas of the enterprise, thus accelerating the corrosion of water supply pipelines and affecting the bearing capacity of the ground along the pipelines. This paper analyzes the mechanism of water supply leakage in industrial enterprises from the perspective of water quality, water quantity, water pressure and soil interaction. According to practical experience, the relationship between water supply leakage and water pressure is discussed, and the specific measures to control water supply leakage by regulating water pressure are designed to effectively reduce energy consumption and prolong the service life of water supply pipelines.
