高校教师思维形态及德行操守问题之现状与应对措施刍议

Research on the Construction of Teachers’ Morality and Style in Colleges and Universities

党的十八大以来,党中央高度重视教师思想政治工作和师德师风建设,出台一系列政策、文件强调要把师德师风建设摆在首要位置。文章立足高校师德师风建设的实际,阐述了新时代背景下高校加强师德师风建设的重要意义,分析了高校师德师风建设的现状及存在的问题,从夯实师德建设基础、健全规章制度、加大师德宣传力度、完善评价考核奖惩机制等方面提出了加强师德师风建设若干举措。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to teachers’ ideological and political work and the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics,and issued a series of policies and documents emphasizing that the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics should be placed in the first place.Based on the reality of the construction of teachers’ morality and style in colleges and universities, This paper expounds the significance of strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics in colleges and universities under the background of the new era, analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics in colleges and universities, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality and ethics from the aspects of consolidating the foundation of the construction of teachers’ morality, perfecting rules and regulations, strengthening the publicity of teachers’ morality, perfecting the evaluation,examination, reward and punishment mechanism, etc.
