摘要
用人二倍体细胞代替原代猴肾细胞生产脊髓灰质炎疫苗可避免猴病毒污染。为了向脊髓灰质炎活疫苗生产提供安全、可靠的细胞基质,我所于1972年建立了一株人二倍体成纤维细胞KMB_(-17)株(昆明医学生物学研究所,1974)。该细胞株现已在液氮中冻存十年。本文报告检查KMB_(-17)株生物学性状有无变化的结果,并与国际上广泛应用的MRC_(-5)人二倍体细胞株作比较。
Human diploid cell has been used in producing virus vaccines.It can prevent serious contaminations of simian viruses and other pathagenic factors.KMB-17 strain has been kept in-196℃for more than ten years,and it has been exfensively used in producing virus vaccines and researching in medical sciance in our country.This paper reports that the results of the tests of the chromosome,in vitro cell life and sensitivity to ploviruses in KMB_(-17) human diploid cell strain was examated.The results suggested that the KMB_(-17) human diploid cell strain remains stable on biological properties after freezing more than ten years and without any marked changes.KMB_(-17) and MRC_(-5) human diploid cell strains as the cell substrates are effectually used to produce virus vaccines.
