摘要
随着汽车向智能化、网联化方向发展,车载以太网开始得到应用。介绍了车载以太网线的运行特点、结构设计以及制造工艺。针对该电缆制造中纵向变换损耗(LCL)和纵向变换转移损耗(LCTL)难以达标的问题,重点对影响LCL、LCTL两个指标的导体材质、加工工艺、对绞机的选择等关键要素进行了探讨,并据此研发出传输性能实测数据优于指标设计要求的电缆。
With the development of vehicle to the intelligent and networked direction, vehicle Ethernet began to be applied. The operating characteristics, structural design and manufacturing process of the vehicle Ethernet cable were introduced. For the difficulty of longitudinal conversion loss(LCL) and longitudinal conversion transfer loss(LCTL) in this cable manufacturing, focusing on the above two indicators of conductor material, processing process, the selection of twist machine and other key elements were discussed, and based on the transmission performance measured data of cable that manufactured by us is better than requirements of standard.
