CAP系列稳压器电加热器元件电缆的设计及验证

摘要 CAP系列稳压器电加热器元件电缆是自主国产化最新压水堆核电站稳压器电加热器的重要组件,选用甲基乙烯基苯基硅橡胶(PMVQ-1、PMVQ-2和PMVQ-3)、耐热剂、氢氧化镁、改性三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、添加剂、有机硅树脂中间体和硫化剂、铂金阻燃剂等材料,通过调配各组分的比例研制成硅橡胶材料作为绝缘材料。经过设计电缆结构、完善生产工艺、控制结构精度等方法试制成样件电缆。按照质量鉴定试验大纲要求,经第三方机构试验验证,证明了设计并试制完成的电缆样件能够满足在CAP1000核电站中持续运行温度至少为124℃,工作寿命期望60 a;在CAP1400核电站中,持续运行温度至少为132℃,工作寿命期望60 a。 CAP series pressurizer electric heater cable is an important component of the latest self-made pressurized water reactor electric heater for pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant. Selected methyl vinyl phenyl silicone rubber(PMVQ-1, PMVQ-2 and PMVQ-3), heat-resistant agent, magnesium hydroxide, modified melamine cyanurate, additives, silicone resin intermediates and vulcanizing agents, platinum flame retardant and other materials, the silicone rubber material which was successfully developed by adjusting the proportion of each component is used as an insulating material. After designing the cable structure, perfecting the production process, and controlling the structure accuracy, the prototype cable was trial-produced. According to the requirements of the quality appraisal test program, it had been verified by a third-party organization that the designed and trial-manufactured cable samples can meet the expected working life of at least 60 years in the CAP1000 nuclear power plant with a continuous operating temperature of at least 124 ℃;in the CAP1400 nuclear power plant, the continuous operating temperature is at least 132 ℃ and the working life is expected to be 60 years.
