摘要
为满足500 kV超高压交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆的研制需要,在2 500 mm^(2)大截面分割导体结构设计与制作经验的基础上,完成了3 000 mm^(2)分割导体的研制,详细阐述了3 000 mm^(2)分割导体的结构设计、生产制造及20℃时的直流电阻测试,介绍了大截面分割导体结构设计与制造技术。
In order to meet the development needs of 500 kV ultra-high voltage XLPE insulated power cable, the development of 3 000 mm^(2) split conductor was completed on the basis of the structure design and production experience of 2 500 mm^(2) large section split conductor. The structure design, production and manufacturing of 3 000 mm^(2) split conductor, DC resistance test at 20 ℃ and the structure design and manufacturing technology of large section split conductor were introduced.
