风机用高耐寒阻燃柔软聚氯乙烯单芯绝缘线缆的研制

摘要 采用同向导体绞合方式及耐低温柔软聚氯乙烯绝缘材料,结合烘料、挤出时多温区控制、导体提前预热等加工方式,设计并制造一种应用于高寒环境并有阻燃要求的单芯绝缘线缆。该线缆适用于风能发电系统中的机舱内部及箱式变电站内部的柔性电气连接,在极端恶劣环境(极寒、弯曲半径小等)中适应能力强,同时具有优异的高阻燃性能,能在极端寒冷的环境下仍保持一定的柔软性,便于施工和维修。 By means of conductor stranding in the same direction and low temperature resistant soft polyvinyl chloride insulating material design, and combined with drying material, multi-temperature zone control during extrusion, conductor preheating and other processing methods, the single core insulation cable with flame retardant requirements applied in high cold environment was designed and manufactured. The cable was suitable for wind power generation system in the engine room internal and change flexible electrical connections inside the box, it had strong adaptability in extremely environment(cold, small bending radius, etc.), and had excellent flame retardant high performance at the same time, it can still maintain a certain under extreme cold environment of softness, easy construction and maintenance.
