摘要
研究了TPO树脂复配PP、PE、POE体系以及添加不同比例CaCO_(3)对TPO自粘防水卷材剥离性能的影响,并考察了丁基胶不同熔融指数以及涂胶工艺温度对TPO自粘防水卷材剥离强度的影响。结果表明,复配体系中片材的硬度对剥离强度有不利的影响;适量添加CaCO_(3)有利于提高片材性能稳定,但添加比例过大会造成卷材与铝板剥离强度减小;涂胶工艺温度不宜过高或过低;丁基胶体系熔融指数与剥离强度呈负相关。
The effect of TPO resin compounded with PP,PE,POE system and different adding proportion of CaCO_(3) on peeling strength of TPO self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is studied,and the effects of different melt index of butyl rubber and coating process temperature on peeling strength of TPO self-adhesive waterproofing membrane are investigated as well.The results show that the hardness of the sheet in the composite system has an adverse effect on peeling strength;proper addition of CaCO_(3) is beneficial to improve the stability of sheet properties,but excessive addition will reduce peeling strength between membrane and aluminum plate;the coating process temperature should not be too high or too low;the melt index of butyl rubber system is negatively correlated with peeling strength.
