基于分光计的旋光仪搭建与溶液旋光度的测量 被引量:1

摘要 分光计是一种精密光学仪器,可以精确测量水平面内两条光线的夹角,但却不能测量“竖直平面”内两条光线的夹角。本文为了解决这一难题,在分光计中,巧妙加入扇形齿轮和溶液平台,将其改装成“旋光仪”并进行溶液旋光度的测量。通过改变溶液浓度、长度、温度、入射波长,确定了蔗糖和果糖溶液的比旋光度,发现实验误差均小于2.0%,表明改装仪器具有较高的测量精度。同时发现实验时,采用激光光源比传统钠光光源的现象更明显,更易操作,教学效果更好。 Spectrometer is a precision optical instrument,which can accurately measure the angle between two rays in the horizontal plane rather than in the vertical plane.In order to solve this problem,the spectrometer is added a sector gear and a solution platform to become a“polarimeter”and then to measure the optical rotation of solutions.By changing the concentration,length and temperature of the solution as well as the wavelength of incident light,the specific rotation is determined for the sucrose and fructose solution.It is found that experimental errors are less than 2.0%,indicating the high accuracy of the modified instrument.At the same time,compared with the traditional light of sodium lamp,the laser light is helpful for the more clearly experimental phenomena,easier operation,and therefore better teaching effects.
