摘要 文章以“铁电材料的光伏效应研究”开放实验为例,将前沿课题融入到本科生开放性实验中,学习铁电光伏器件的制备,研究其光伏性能及其机理。通过将科研课题与教学结合,拓宽学生的知识面,可以提升的培养学生的创新能力和科研素质。 The research-oriented open experiment teaching is the one which carried out under the guidance of scientific research project.The open experiment teaching led by front topics was discussed with taking the photovoltaic effect of ferroelectric materials as an example.The main purpose of this experiment is to study the preparation of ferroelectric photovoltaic devices and photovoltaic property.Through the combination of scientific research and experiment teaching,the knowledge scopes of students have been widened and improve their scientific research qualities have been improved.
