非创伤性股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of femoral head,ONFH)是一种致残性极高的疾病,患者一旦发病会逐渐出现股骨头缺血、坏死、塌陷,严重影响生活质量。环状RNA(circRNA)是一种新型的内源性非编码RNA,具有高度特异性,在人体中广泛表达,越来越多的研究表明circRNA与包括神经系统疾病、肿瘤及糖尿病等多种疾病相关,成为RNA研究领域的热点。对circRNA在非创伤性ONFH中的作用研究进展作一综述。

Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(ONFH)is a highly disabling disease.Once patients develop non-traumatic ONFH,femoral head ischemia,necrosis,and collapse will gradually occur,which will seriously affect the quality of life.Circular RNA(circRNA)is a new type of endogenous non-coding RNA with high specificity and is widely expressed in the human body.More and more studies have found that circRNA is associated with various diseases including neurological diseases,tumors and diabetes,which has become a hot spot in the field of RNA research.The research progress in the role of circRNA in non-traumatic ONFH was reviewed.
