摘要
介绍了WO_(3)薄膜纳米结构与电致变色性能之间的关联。阐述了非晶态与晶态WO_(3)结构之间的协同效应,非晶态WO_(3)提供更多离子扩散通道,晶态WO_(3)作为稳定框架结构有效缓解离子在注入/抽出过程中所引起的体积膨胀或收缩。总结了纳米结构WO_(3)薄膜和非晶/晶态双相纳米结构WO_(3)薄膜的制备方法及性能,并对电致变色WO_(3)薄膜的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
Electrochromic properties of WO_(3)film related with their nanostructures was introduced.The synergistic effect between amorphous and crystalline WO_(3)structures was illustrated,in which amorphous WO_(3)provided more ion diffusion channels;crystalline WO_(3)as a stable framework structure effectively relieved the volume expansion or contraction caused by the ion implantation/extraction process.In addition,the preparation methods and properties of nanostructured WO_(3)thin films and amorphous/crystalline dual-phase nanostructured WO_(3)thin films were summarized,and the future development trend of electrochromic WO_(3)thin films was prospected.
