农户公平关切与平台CSR的低碳农业供应链决策

Low Carbon Agricultural Supply Chain Decision Based on Farmers Equity Concern and Platform CSR

研究了由低碳减排的农户和电商平台组成的二级供应链,分别构建了农户公平中性、农户关注公平关切、农户公平中性下平台实施CSR(corporate social responsibility)以及农户关注公平关切下平台实施CSR 4种决策模型,探究公平关切系数、平台CSR实施水平、环境保护意识以及溯源偏好对低碳供应链决策的影响。研究表明:随公平关切程度的加深,仅能提高农户的利润不利于低碳农产品最终碳排放量的减少、溯源努力的提高;当平台实施CSR水平逐渐提高时,能够促进低碳农产品最终碳排量的减少和溯源努力的提高,但平台实施CSR会造成自身利润下降,农户通过搭便车行为提高利润;随环境保护意识和溯源偏好的增加,能提高溯源努力、降低低碳农产品的最终碳排放量。

The secondary supply chain composed of low-carbon and emission-reducing farmers and e-commerce platforms was studied.Four decision-making models were constructed respectively,namely,farmers equity and neutrality,farmers concerns about equity,platform implementation of CSR(corporate social responsibility)under farmers equity and neutrality,and platform implementation of CSR under farmers equity concerns,to explore the impact of fairness concern coefficient,platform CSR implementation level,environmental protection awareness and traceability preference on low-carbon supply chain decision-making.The research shows that:with the deepening of fairness concerns,it can only improve the profits of farmers,and is not conducive to the reduction of the final carbon emissions of low-carbon agricultural products and the improvement of traceability efforts;When the level of CSR implementation on the platform is gradually improved,it can promote the reduction of the final carbon emissions of low-carbon agricultural products and the improvement of traceability efforts,but the implementation of CSR on the platform will cause its own profits to decline,and farmers increase profits through free-rider behavior;With the increase of environmental protection awareness and traceability preference,traceability efforts can be improved and the final carbon emissions of low-carbon agricultural products can be reduced.
