摘要
从马克思主义人的需求理论视阈出发,对高校辅导员获得感的内涵进行了科学界定,全面分析了辅导员获得感的构成要素,提出了针对性、实效性的辅导员获得感提升策略,从而增强高校辅导员对辅导员职业的自豪感和荣誉感,有效破解辅导员队伍职业“倦怠化”问题,实现高校辅导员队伍的稳定健康发展,推动新时代下高校思想政治教育工作的高质量发展。
From the perspective of Marxist human demand theory,this paper scientifically defines the connotation of college counselors'sense of gain,comprehensively analyzes its constituent elements,and proposes targeted and effective improvement strategies.The purpose of the research is to enhance college counselors'sense of pride and honor in their profession,effectively solve the problem of professional“burnout”,and realize the stable and healthy development of the team,thereby promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
