库尔勒香梨是新疆传统的优质果品,是库尔勒的地理标志产品,受到国内外广泛好评,但市场上存在以假乱真的现象,急需一种有效手段,为库尔勒香梨的品牌保护提供技术方案。库尔勒香梨原产地鉴定技术是根据库尔勒香梨的营养成分、同位素、矿物元素以及挥发性成分等特征进行鉴定,获得能够代表农产品特征的数据资料库,以评价其品种和产地的技术。本文主要介绍了指纹图谱技术在库尔勒香梨原产地鉴定中的应用,综述了以多种指标综合评价建立指纹图谱在库尔勒香梨产地与种类鉴别、掺假鉴别及品种选育等众多领域中的应用。

Korla fragrant pear is the geographical indication of Korla products, widely praised at home and abroad.But there are many fake products in the market. There is an urgent effective means to provide technical solutions for Korla fragrant pear brand protection. The origin identification technology of Korla fragrant pear is a technology to identify the nutritional components, isotopes, mineral elements, volatile components and other characteristics of Korla fragrant pear,obtain a data database that can represent the characteristics of agricultural products, and evaluate its varieties and origin.This paper mainly introduces the application of fingerprint technique in the identification of origin of Korla fragrant pear,and summarizes the application of establishing fingerprint by comprehensive evaluation of multiple indicators in many fields such as the origin and variety identification, adulteration identification and variety selection of Korla fragrant pear.
