The importance of grain is self-evident. In recent years, with the increasing difficulty of grain production,reducing grain loss and waste has become a global problem. This paper combs the relevant literature on food loss and waste in recent years, reviews the relevant definitions, measurement methods and influencing factors of food loss and waste, and makes relevant prospects.
