摘要 现阶段,随着经济的快速发展,许多先进的科学技术被应用到农业生产中,导致动物源性食品中存在一定的抗生素残留物质。为了保证动物源性食品的安全性,提供给人们优质健康的动物源性食品,需加强对动物源性食品中抗生素残留物质的有效检测。本文对比分析了6种动物源性食品中抗生素残留物质的快速检测方法,总结了各种检测方法的原理及优缺点,提出动物源性食品中抗生素残留的控制对策,为相关研究提供参考和依据。 At present, with the rapid development of economy, many advanced science and technology have been applied to agricultural production, resulting in certain antibiotic residues in animal derived food. In order to ensure the safety of animal derived food and provide people with high-quality and healthy animal derived food, it is necessary to strengthen the effective detection of antibiotic residues in animal derived food. This paper compared and analyzed the rapid detection methods of antibiotic residues in 6 kinds of animal derived food, summarized the principles, advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods, and proposed the control measures of antibiotic residues in animal derived food,which provided useful reference and basis for related research.
