摘要
叶酸是一碳基团的载体,参与DNA、RNA的合成和蛋氨酸的再生,是反刍动物和瘤胃微生物的必需营养因子。为避免游离叶酸在瘤胃中被微生物的过度降解或破坏,生产中成年反刍动物应使用在瘤胃中释放率低的包被叶酸添加剂。文章综述了叶酸在牛生产中的应用、对牛养分利用效率、蛋白质合成代谢和脂质代谢的调控,以及叶酸与其他微量养分之间互作效应的研究,为叶酸在反刍动物生产中的应用和研究提供依据。
Folic acid is a carrier of one-carbon units,participates in the syntheses of DNA and RNA synthesis and methionine regeneration,and is the essential nutrient of ruminants and ruminal microbes.To avoid the degradation and distruction by ruminal microbes,coated folic acid supplement should be used in adult ruminants.This paper reviewed the application of folic acid in cattle production,effects of folic acid on nutrient utilization efficiency,protein synthesis and lipid metabolism,and the interaction between folic acid and other micronutrients in cattle.The review would prvide a reference for the application and study of folic acid in ruminants.
