双酚A对卵巢功能的影响研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 内分泌干扰物广泛暴露于人类生存环境中,从胚胎期便可影响到女性,对女性生殖产生终生影响。双酚A是目前研究的最广泛的内分泌干扰物之一。现有证据表明在不同的动物和人类模型中,双酚A可以减少原始卵泡池储备并扰乱卵巢功能,如类固醇生成和月经周期等,从而降低生育能力。同时双酚A暴露所致的女性卵巢功能下降,可能会进一步影响这些不孕女性辅助生殖的妊娠结局。因此,探讨双酚A对卵巢功能影响的机制,将有助于预防双酚A对卵巢功能的损害甚至改善育龄期女性的卵巢功能,提高其生育力。本文从双酚A对卵泡形成、卵母细胞发育、类固醇生成和妊娠结局的影响等方面进行综述。 Endocrine disruptors are widely exist in human living environment,which can affect women from embryonic stage and can have lifelong effects on female reproduction.Bisphenol A is one of the most widely studied endocrine disruptors.The available evidence shows that bisphenol A can reduce the reserve of primordial follicle pool and disturb ovarian function,such as steroidogenesis and menstrual cycle,so as reduce fertility in different animal and human models.Bisphenol A exposure can result in reduced ovarian function in women,which may further affect pregnancy outcome of assisted reproduction in the infertile women.Therefore,exploring the mechanism of bisphenol A on ovarian function is helpful to prevent the damage of bisphenol A on ovarian function,and even improve the ovarian function and fertility of women of childbearing age.The paper reviews the effects of bisphenol A on follicular formation,oocyte development,steroidogenesis and pregnancy outcome.
