Research progress of frozen ovarian tissue transplantation

卵巢是人体重要的内分泌以及生育器官。妇科恶性肿瘤发病率近年来呈逐渐年轻化趋势,保留生育功能的年轻患者越来越多,进而有生育以及内分泌需求的患者逐年上升。卵巢移植不仅可以解决患者的生育问题,还可以改善其最重要的内分泌功能。本文对冷冻卵巢组织移植的研究进展,包括卵巢组织移植的类型、移植部位的选择、如何改善移植成功率、移植后的免疫抑制剂的应用等方面进行综述。

The ovary is an important endocrine and reproductive organ of the human body.In recent years,the onset of gynecological malignancies has gradually become younger,and more and more young patients have preserved reproductive function,and the number of patients with reproductive and endocrine needs has increased year by year.Ovarian transplantation not only solves the patient’s fertility problems,but also improves their most important endocrine function.This paper reviews the research progress of frozen ovarian tissue transplantation,including the types of ovarian transplantation,the selection of transplantation site,how to improve the success rate of transplantation,and the application of immunosuppressive agents after transplantation.
