基于BIM技术的PC构件族参数化建模方法研究

Research on Parametric Modeling Method of PC Component Family Based on BIM Technology

在装配式建筑得到广泛应用的同时,装配式建筑施工问题也日渐凸显,进行构件现场吊装时,大到预埋件、小到螺丝都必须位置精准,否则将影响后续施工。二维平面图纸不足以说明构件的具体形态,利用BIM参数化建模方法创建PC构件族,可使PC构件三维可视,位置尺寸直观明了。文章总结归纳了几种常用PC构件的参数化建模方法与建模流程,并指出PC构件的模拟吊装还需进一步探索研究。

With the wide application of prefabricated buildings,their construction problems have become increasingly prominent.When hoisting components on site,the positions of large embedded parts and small screws must be accurate,otherwise it will affect subsequent construction.Two-dimensional plane drawings are not enough to explain the specific shape of the components.Using BIM parametric modeling method to create PC component family can make PC components visible in 3D and the location and size are intuitive and clear.This paper summarizes several common parametric modeling methods and modeling processes of PC components,and points out that further exploration and research are needed for the simulated hoisting of PC components.
