余热排出泵叶轮屏蔽清洗装置设计

摘要 超声波良好的去污效果被广泛运用于核电领域。余热排出泵作为核岛内除主泵之外的唯一核二级泵,其重要性不言而喻。文章设计了一种余热排出泵叶轮屏蔽清洗装置,该装置对于余热排出泵叶轮在大修期间的运输和清洗可起到非常好的屏蔽作用和去污效果,此次设计对于研究余热排出泵叶轮在服役期间的运行情况及叶轮后期改进都具有重要的实践意义。 The good decontamination effect of ultrasonic wave is widely used in the field of nuclear power.As the only nuclear secondary pump in the nuclear island except the main pump,the waste heat discharge pump is great importance.This paper designs a shielding cleaning device for the impeller of the waste heat discharge pump,which can play a very good shielding and decontamination effect for the transportation and cleaning of the impeller of the waste heat discharge pump during the overhaul period.The design has important practical significance for the research the operation of the impeller of the waste heat discharge pump during service and later improvement of.the impeller.
