国际工程项目合约模式多样、受国际政治经济影响较大、规范标准差异等对国内走出的承建商具有一定的挑战性。企业只有不断提高索赔意识、增强索赔能力,才能更好地维护自身利益。笔者结合多年的国际项目商务管理经验,以实际项目为例,探讨国际工程建设变更对项目实施的影响及索赔策略。希望可以为承接国际工程的承建商提供借鉴,降低项目因变更产生的影响,保证工程项目的顺利开展。

Due to the diverse contract modes of international engineering projects,the great influence of international politics and economy,and the differences in norms and standards,it is challenging for domestic contractors to go out.Only by constantly improving the claim consciousness and strengthening the claim ability can enterprises better safeguard their own interests.Based on years of international project business management experience,this paper discusses the influence of changes in international engineering construction on project implementation and claim strategy.It is hoped that it can provide references for contractors undertaking international engineering,reduce the influence of engineering changes and ensure the smooth development of the project.
