招标控制价中项目特征的描述不仅影响前期控制价的编制,同时还影响后期签证变更。土方工程工程量大、成本高,是成本控制和优化工作的重中之重。文章通过采用工程量清单计价模式中的综合单价法分析项目特征中影响组价的主要因素,即土方分类、土质、挖土深度、土方运距等方面,并结合工程实例进一步分析各因素对土方工程控制价编制的影响,以此保证控制价的编制质量,进而防范控制施工过程及结算中存在的风险。

The description of the project characteristics in the bidding control price not only affects the compilation of the control price in the early stage,but also affects the later visa change.Earthwork engineering has large quantities and high cost,which is the top priority of cost control and optimization work.In this paper,the comprehensive unit price method in the bill of quantities pricing model is used to analyze the main factors affecting the group price in the project characteristics,namely,earthwork classification,soil quality,excavation depth,and earthwork distance.Besides,the influence of various factors on the compilation of the control price of earthwork engineering is further analyzed combined with engineering examples,so as to ensure the quality of the compilation of the control price and prevent the risks in the construction process and settlement.
