建筑装修施工精细化管理策略探讨

Discussion on Fine Management Strategy of Building Decoration Construction

社会的进步促进了建筑行业的发展,人们对建筑工程装饰装修的质量、外观等要求也越来越高。传统的建筑装修工程管理模式大多较为粗放,既耗费了大量人力、物力,又难以保证施工进度,综合效益低。企业应转换发展思路,优化管理措施,实现精细化管理,提高工程项目装饰装修的整体效益。基于此,文章依托某装修工程项目的工程实践,论述了精细化管理基本理论,重点分析了装修工程施工项目在合同、进度、质量及人员方面的精细化管理策略,以供相关工作人员参考。

The progress of society has promoted the development of the construction industry,and people have higher and higher requirements for the quality and appearance of construction engineering decoration.Most of the traditional management modes of building decoration engineering are relatively extensive,which not only consumes a lot of manpower and material resources,but also is difficult to ensure the construction progress,and the comprehensive benefit is low.Enterprises should change development ideas,optimize management measures,realize fine management,and improve the overall benefit of the decoration of engineering projects.Based on this,this paper discusses the basic theory of fine management based on the engineering practice of a decoration project,and focuses on the analysis of the fine management strategy of decoration engineering construction project in terms of contract,progress,quality and personnel for reference.
