摘要
针对高职社会人员的人才培养过程中,教学机构的学习安排与学生的实际工作时间存在冲突、人才培养方案没有做到量身定做、毕业标准雷同于普通高职生等问题,文章以广东工程职业技术学院为例,总结高职社会人员人才培养存在的问题,并提出加强人才培养的策略,以供相关研究人员参考。
In the process of talent training of social personnel in higher vocational colleges,there are some problems such as the conflict between the learning arrangement of teaching institutions and the actual working time of students,the failure to tailor the talent training scheme,and the similarity of graduation standards to ordinary higher vocational students.Taking Guangdong Engineering Polytechnic as an example,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the talent training of social personnel in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the strategies to strengthen the talent training for the reference of relevant researchers.
