青兰高速会宁服务区整体提升改造设计实践

Design Practice of Overall Upgrading and Transformation of Huining Service Area on Qinglan Expressway

青兰高速会宁服务区现状存在建设规模小、功能配置不完善及商业范围欠佳等问题,为满足过往旅客的服务需求,对服务区进行整体改造提升。文章紧扣红色文化主题,提出服务区改造应体现红色文化、激活商业业态、完善服务功能,最后结合当地地理条件、历史文化和人文特点,将服务区与当地特殊红色历史背景文化相结合,强化服务区商业属性,激活服务区商业业态,提出高速公路服务区升级改造设计方案。

There are some problems in Huining service area on Qinglan Expressway,such as small construction scale,imperfect functional configuration and poor commercial scope.In order to meet the service needs of past passengers,the overall transformation and upgrading of the service area has been carried out.Closely following the theme of red culture,this paper puts forward that the transformation of the service area should reflect red culture,activate commercial format and improve service function.Finally,combined with local geographical conditions,historical culture and humanistic characteristics,the service area is combined with the local special red historical background culture,strengthening its commercial attributes and activating its commercial format.It proposes the upgrading and transformation design scheme of expressway service area.
