四维疗法对脊柱软组织损伤患者的影响

Explore the Clinical Efficacy of Four-dimensional Therapy in Patients with Spinal Soft Tissue Injury

探究脊柱软组织损伤患者应用四维疗法的临床疗效.方法:此次研究对象全部选自2019年1月-2020年11月在本院进行治疗的68例脊柱软组织损伤患者为研究对象,按照双盲均分法分成2组.对照组34例患者开展骶管注射、脊柱定位调适平衡法治疗,观察组34例患者开展四维疗法治疗,分析2种治疗方案对患者产生的影响.结果:与对照组的76.47%治疗总有效率相比,观察组的94.12%更高(P<0.05);和对照组的VAS评分、ODI指数、腰屈曲范围和血浆P物质相比,治疗前与观察组无显著差异(P>0.05) ,治疗后观察组变化更大(P<0.05).结论:四维疗法用于脊柱软组织损伤患者治疗效果显著,可明显缓解疼痛情况,改善腰腿功能.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of four-dimensional therapy in patients with spinal soft tissue injury.Methods:All the research objects selected from January 2019 to November 2020 treated in our hospital during this period of 68 patients with spinal soft tissue injuries as the research object,according to the double-blind divide into two groups,control group of 34 cases with sacral canal injection and spinal positioning adjustment balance method of treatment,34 patients in the experimental group 4 d therapy,The effects of the two treatment schemes on patients were analyzed.Results:Compared with 76.47%of the control group,94.12%of the experimental group was higher(P<O.05).Compared with the control group,there were no significant differences in VAS score,ODI index,lumbar flexion range and plasmaP substance between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),but the change of the experimental group afer treatment was greater(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-dimensional therapy is effective in the treatment of spinal softssue injury,which can obviously relieve pain and improve lumbar and leg function.
