手术室正性暗示语言结合护理在骨折患者中的应用价值

The Application Value of Combined Nursing with Positive Suggestive Language in Operating Room in Fracture Patients

探讨手术室正性暗示语言结合护理在骨折患者中的应用价值.方法:选取2019年3月-2020年5月我院收治的120例骨折患者为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用手术室正性暗示语言结合常规护理.对比2组负性情绪、血流动力学指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度.结果:护理后观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、视觉模拟法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).护理后观察组血流动力学指标优于对照组(P<0.05).观察组护理期间并发症发生率为1.67%,低于对照组的11.67%(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05).观察组临床总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的71.67%(P<0.05).结论:对骨折患者采取手术室正性暗示语言结合护理,可有效增强疗效及缓解负性情绪、疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率及对血流动力学指标的影响,提高护理满意度,利于临床治疗开展.

Objective:To explore the application value of positive suggestive language combined with nursing in operating room for fracture patients.Methods:A total of 120 fracture patients admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by lotery method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing care,and the observation group used positive suggestive language in the operating room combined with routine nursing care.The two groups of negative emotions,hemodynamic indicators,complication rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating depression Scale(SDS)and visual analogue scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<O.05).After nursing,the hemodynamic index of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 1.67%,lower than that of control group 11.67%(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group 81.67%(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of observation group was 96.67%higher than that of control group 71.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion:For fracture patients,nursing combined with positive suggestive language in the operation room can effectively enhance the curative ffect,relieve negative emotions and pain,reduce the incidence of complications and the impact on hemodynamic indicators,improve nursing satisfaction,which is conducive to the development of clinical treatment.
