摘要
将前列腺素(PG)E_(2)和F_(2α)分别注入家兔静脉后,发现家兔体内血清结合珠蛋白(Hp)水平显著增高。PGE_(2)和F_(2α)的注射剂量与血清Hp水平的增加值呈正相关。在低注射剂量(25ug/kg)时,PGE_(2)对血清Hp水平的作用强于PGF_(2α);但随着注射剂量的增加,PGF_(2α)的作用则显著大于PGE_(2)。这表明血清Hp的合成与PG的作用密切有关。此外,还观察了两例HpO型家兔。尽管对它们也注射了PGE_(2)和PGF_(2α),但不能在血清中检出Hp,表明PG不能诱导HpO型家兔产生Hp。
It was shown that serum Hp content was significantly raised after prosta-glandin(PG)E_(2)and F_(2α)were injected intravenously into rabbit respectively.There is a positive correlation between injected doses of PGE_(2)and F_(2α),and the elevated concentration of serum Hp has been demonstrated.It was found that the effect of PGE_(2)on the level of Hp seems to be different from that of PGF_(2α).At low dosage(25μg/kg),effect of PGE_(2)on serum Hp level was stronger than that of PG2α,but with the increase of injected dose,PGF_(2α)was obviously greater than PGE_(2).The point of intersection between them is at 50μg/kg.In addition,it was also observed that serum Hp could not be detected in two rabbits with type HpO,although they were given an injection of PGE_(2)and PGF_(2α).Then,we came to a conclusion that PGE_(2)and PGF_(2α)cannot induce the synthesis of Hp in HpO of rabbit.The result seems to provide an indirect evidence for our recent hypothesis that Hp%Hp1,and Hp2 may be not at the same locus.
