摘要
采用氯胺T氧化法,制备了;^(125)Ⅰ—“止血组份”,在兔及小鼠体内进行了药代动力学研究。以1mg/kg的剂量静注于兔体内,药代动力学参数为:T1/2a0.23±0.03h,T1/2β13.34±1.05h;VC0.13±0.02L/kg。以5mg/kg的剂量肌注于小鼠体内,肌注后各脏器分布达到高峰的时间为15分钟,各脏器分布以肾组织积蓄最高,代谢物主要经肾组织从尿中排除。
A stancher,^(125)Ⅰ-Zhi Xue Zu Fen had been prepared by chloamina T oxidating.The pharmacokinetic study was carried out in rabbits and mice.The^(125)Ⅰ-Zhi xue zu fen was given in rabbit with dose of 1 mg/kg by intravenous injection,the pharmacokinetic parameters were.T 0.23±0.03h.T 13.34±1.05h,Vc 0.13±0.02L/kg,The concentration-time curve was found to be all in two compartments open model.Muscular injection to mouse by 5 mg/kg,it reaches to the highest in 15 minutes,urine eliminated through kidney.
