超前快速康复训练在股骨头缺血性坏死患者行全髋关节术后中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Advanced Rapid Rehabilitation Training in Total hip Arthroplasty for Patients with Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

研究超前快速康复训练方案在股骨头缺血性坏死患者行全髋关节术后髋关节功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2020年3月-2021年3月行因股骨头缺血性坏死行全髋关节置换手术的患者60例,根据随机数字表进行随机分配为对照组(常规ERAS训练)和观察组(超前康复训练组) ,每组30例患者。统计分析2组术后7天、14天和1个月的髋关节功能Harris评分、VAS评分及下地行走、住院时间的结果。结果:观察组患者治疗前与治疗后术后早期7天、14天内髋关节功能评分、VAS评分、下地行时间及住院时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超前康复ERAS训练方案能有效改善股骨头缺血性坏死患者行全髋关节术后早期的关节功能恢复,缩短术后下地行走时间及住院时间。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of advanced rapid rehabilitation training program on functional recovery of hip joint after total hip closure in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head.Methods: Patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty due to avascular necrosis of femoral head in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly assigned to control group(Enhanced recovery after Surgery ERAS training)and experimental group(advanced rehabilitation training group)according to random number table.Each group had 30 patients.Harris score,VAS score,ground walking and hospital stay of the two groups were statistically analyzed at 7 d,14 d and 1 month after surgery.Results:There were statistically significant differences in hip function score,VAS score,underground travel time and hospital stay between the observation group and the observation group at 7 d and 14 d after treatment( P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS ERAS training regimen can effectively improve the early recovery of joint function after total hip closure in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head,and shorten postoperative ground walking time and hospital stay.
