多元化康复锻炼在足部骨折患者术后护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Diversified Rehabilitation Exercises in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Foot Fractures

探究多元化康复锻炼在足部骨折患者术后护理中的应用价值.方法:选择大连市第五人民医院2020年1月-2020年12月接收78 例行急性足部骨折手术患者为研究对象,计算机分组观察组(39例)与对照组(39例).观察组采用多元化康复锻炼,对照组采用常规护理.观察指标:踝关节跖屈、背伸角度,足部疼痛,疾病预后情况、生活质量以及护理满意度.结果:观察组患者的关节跖屈、背伸角度以及足部疼痛情况均好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者下床活动时间,平均住院时间,完全负重时间,骨折愈合时间均少于对照组(t=8.257/6.890/8.703/12.682,P<0.05);护理前,2组患者角色功能,社会功能,躯体功能,情绪功能比较差异小(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患者上述评分高于对照组(t=44.512/18.166/17.362/12.494,P<0.05);观察组患者满意度为92.31%,高于对照组的71.79%(χ^(2)=5.571,P<0.05).结论:足部骨折患者术后实施多元化康复锻炼护理对改善患者关节功能有积极意义.

Objective:To explore the application value of diversified rehabilitation exercises in postoperative nursing of patients with foot fractures.Methods:The Ffth People's Hospital of Dalian from January 2020 to December 2020 received 78 cases of patients with acute foot fracture surgery as the research objects,and the computer grouped the research group(39 cases)and the control group(39 cases),the research group:Diversified rehabilitation exercise,control group:routine nursing,observation indicators:ankle plantar flexion,dorsiflexion angle,foot pain,disease prognosis,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.Results:The joint plantar flexion,dorsiflexion angle and foot pain of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the study group had less time to get out of bed,average hospital stay,time to complete weight-bearing,and less time for fracture healing.Compared with the control group(t=8.257/6.890/8.703/12.682,P<0.05);before nursing,there were lttle differences in role function,social function,physical function and emotional function between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The above scores were higher than those in the control group(t=44.512/18.166/17.362/12.494,P<0.05);the patient satisfaction in the study group was 92.31%higher than that in the control group(71.79%)(χ^(2)=5.571,P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of diversified rehabilitation exercise nursing for patients with foot fracture after operation has positive significance in improving the joint function of patients.
