本文报道一个新的筛选和评价血小板活化抑制药物的模式——TMVA。用兔子和人血小板实验结果表明,目前国内外临床治疗冠心病的抗血小板活化药物,凡能抑制TMVA诱导的血小板聚集的药物,均能对原有的血小板活化途径的ADP,花生四烯酸(AA)或胶原等多种诱导剂引起血小板聚集起抑制作用,因此该模型是目前筛选和评价血小板活化抑制药物较理想的模式。
