摘要
本文报道一个新的筛选和评价血小板活化抑制药物的模式——TMVA。用兔子和人血小板实验结果表明,目前国内外临床治疗冠心病的抗血小板活化药物,凡能抑制TMVA诱导的血小板聚集的药物,均能对原有的血小板活化途径的ADP,花生四烯酸(AA)或胶原等多种诱导剂引起血小板聚集起抑制作用,因此该模型是目前筛选和评价血小板活化抑制药物较理想的模式。
This paper deals with a new screening and evaluating model for drugs of inhibition of platelets aggregation——TMVA—— Results of experiments on rabbit and human platelets show: Those drugs can inhibiti the platelet aggregation induced by TMVA, Possess also the inhibition effect of those original inducers such as ADP, Adrachidonic acid, Adrenaline, Collagen and Ristocetin. Thus this is an ideal model for screening and evaluating the inhibition effect of platelet aggregation at present both in our country and abroad.
