四妙勇安汤抗炎机制的研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-inflammatory Mechanism of Simiao Yongan Decoction

四妙勇安汤为古代治疗热毒炽盛所致疮、疽的经典名方,目前已收录于《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》。随着临床研究的开展和药理研究的逐步深入,发现四妙勇安汤具有抗炎、抗凝、降脂、稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块、保护血管等多种药理作用,其中抗炎作用尤为突出,临床用于治疗炎症性疾病疗效显著。炎症反应是众多复杂疾病的关键共同病理环节之一,参与疾病的发生及进展。四妙勇安汤及其4味组分均有良好的抗炎活性,其抗炎机制涉及调节炎症因子、炎症介质、炎症信号通路等多方面,目前应用于多种炎症损伤疾病包括血管性疾病、免疫性疾病、皮肤及妇科疾病等治疗。本文总结四妙勇安汤抗炎机制的研究进展,为进一步开展这一经典名方的研究并拓宽其临床应用范围提供依据。

Simiao Yongan decoction is a classic prescription for the treatment of sore and gangrene caused by hot poison in ancient China,and it has been included in the“Classic Catalogue of Ancient Classics”(First Batch).With the development of clinical research and modern pharmacology,it has found that Simiao Yongan decoction has various pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-coagulation,regulating blood lipids,stabilizing arteriosclerosis plaques,protecting blood vessels,etc.Among them,anti-inflammatory effect is of particularly significance,and it is effective in the treatment of inflammatory diseases.Inflammatory response is one of the key pathological processes of many complex diseases,which is involved in the occurrence and progress of diseases.Simiao Yongan decoction and its four components all have great anti-inflammatory effects,and the mechanisms involve regulating cytokines,inflammatory mediators,inflammatory.
