摘要 在选择新型测量仪器时,大多数人员由于对测量仪器的测量特性及其影响因素了解不充分,无法准确评估测量结果的综合误差。这可能造成测量仪器选择不当,致使测量结果的准确性无法满足需要。为此,提出通过估算测量不确定度来选择符合使用要求的测量仪器。介绍测量仪器特性符合性判定原则,分析测量不确定度来源,提出估算测量不确定度方法,判定测量结果符合性。以选择气体压力表为例,验证测量仪器的选择过程。实际应用结果表明,应用测量不确定度选则测量仪器的方法可行,为选择测量仪器提供指导。 When selecting new-type measuring instrument, most personnel cannot accurately evaluate the composite error of the measurement results due to their insufficient understanding of the measurement characteristics and influencing factors of the measuring instrument. This may lead to improper measuring instrument selection, thus resulting in the accuracy of measurement results can not meet the needs. Therefore, it is proposed to select measuring instrument meeting the service requirements by estimating the measurement uncertainty. This paper introduces the compliance determination principle for measuring instrument, analyzes the source of measurement uncertainty, puts forward the measurement uncertainty estimation method and determines the compliance of measurement results. Taking gas manometer selection as an example, it verifies the measuring instrument selection process. The practical application results show that it is feasible to apply measurement uncertainty to measuring instrument selection, which can provide guidance for measuring instrument selection.
