摘要
由于微型跨座式单轨高架游览车运行平稳性评定及试验方法目前无评判标准,参考GB/T 5599—2019 《机车车辆动力学性能评定及试验鉴定规范》开展运行平稳性试验及评定,并按照GB/T 5599—2019中客车和动车组的规定分级。详细阐述微型跨座式单轨高架游览车平稳性试验方法,并对试验结果开展分析。试验结果表明,在同一工况下,车厢中间位置平稳性、舒适度优于角落位置;由于偏载及运行离心力的共同作用,当内侧偏载时,车厢横向平稳性指标稍稍优于满载、空载、外侧偏载3种工况;当外侧偏载时,车厢横向平稳性比满载、空载、内侧偏载3种工况稍差;载荷状态主要影响垂向平稳性及舒适度指标。满载时,微型跨座式单轨高架游览车垂向平稳性及舒适度指标稍稍偏大。
Since there is no evaluation standard for the operation stability evaluation and test method of miniature straddle monorail elevated tour bus at present, its operation stability evaluation and test shall be carried out with reference to GB/T 5599—2019 Specification for dynamic performance assessment and testing verification of rolling stock,and shall be graded according to the provisions of passenger cars and multiple units in GB/T 5599—2019. The stability test method of miniature straddle monorail elevated tour bus is described in detail, and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that under the same working condition, the stability and comfort of the middle position of the carriage are better than that of the corner position. Due to the combined action of eccentric load and running centrifugal force, the horizontal stability index of the carriage under inner eccentric load is slightly better than that under full load, no load and outer eccentric load. In case of outer eccentric load, the horizontal stability of the carriage is slightly worse than that of full load, no load and inner eccentric load. The load mainly affects the vertical stability and comfort index. When fully loaded, the vertical stability and comfort index of miniature straddle monorail elevated tour bus are slightly larger.
