摘要
重庆地铁6号线列车受电弓碳滑板在使用一段时间后出现Ⅴ形磨耗,造成碳滑板更换周期缩短,运用成本增加。为此,从列车运行速度、线路条件、接触线拉出值、静态升弓压力、弓网拉弧5个方面,分析碳滑板Ⅴ形磨耗成因,确认造成碳滑板Ⅴ形磨耗主要由列车牵引取流大出现的弓网拉弧导致温升引起的电气磨耗加剧所致。针对列车加速过程中的牵引取流,提出减小碳滑板Ⅴ形磨耗的措施,为后续工程设计提供参考。
The carbon contact strip of pantograph of train running on Chongqing Metro Line 6 has Ⅴ-shaped wear after being used for a period of time,resulting in shorter replacement cycle of carbon contact strip and increased operating cost.Therefore,the causes of Ⅴ-shaped wear of carbon contact strip are analyzed from five aspects of train running speed,line conditions,contact wire stagger,static pressure pantograph lifting,paradoxical between pantograph and overhead contact line equipment.It is confirmed that the Ⅴ-shaped wear of carbon contact strip is mainly caused by the increase of electric wear caused by the temperature rise caused by the arc pulling of bow net due to the large current of train traction.In view of the traction flow in the process of train acceleration,the measures to reduce the Ⅴ-shape wear of carbon contact strip are put forward,which can provide reference for the subsequent engineering design.
