Design of Multifunctional Test Tooling for CRH380B EMU Equipment Cabin

采用传统作业方法检修CRH380B型动车组设备舱存在安全隐患,作业效率低,并且检修质量难以保障。为了解决这些问题,依据该型动车组设备舱二级检修作业标准要求,分析作业难点,设计一种CRH380B型动车组设备舱多功能检查工装。介绍该工装的主体结构,以及摄像头与显示屏、球阀截断与复位、安全阀A06功能测试3个模块的工作原理,阐述各功能使用方法。该工装已在南京动车段合肥南动车运用所应用,在提高检修效率与质量的同时,降低了安全风险。

There are potential safety hazards in maintaining CRH380B EMU equipment cabins with conventional operation methods, the operation efficiency is low, and it’s difficult to guarantee the overhaul quality. To solve these problems, according to the Level-2 maintenance SOP requirements for this type of EMU equipment cabins, the operation difficulties are analyzed, and a multi-function test tooling of CRH380B EMU equipment cabins is designed. The paper introduces the main structure of the tooling, as well as the working principles of three modules: camera & display screen, ball valve cut-off & reset, and A06 function test on safety valve, elaborating the service methods of each function. The tooling has been applied to the Hefei South Railway Station EMU Application Institute of the Nanjing EMU Depot, which lowers the safety risk while improving the maintenance efficiency and quality.
