摘要
在测试轴箱轴承性能时,如果没有考虑环境因素的影响,会有很多轴箱轴承性能试验测试合格,但在实际装车运用时却达不到要求,为此,研制一种能够模拟车辆实际动态载荷的试验机。在分析轴箱轴承运行参数,以及相关标准规定的基础上,确定试验机设计要求。详细阐述试验机构成、功能和试验原理,并对试验机各项参数、误差和功能进行验证。验证结果表明:试验机转速、径向载荷、轴向载荷、风速、最低和最高温度、水的流量及其误差等均达到设计指标。试验机能满足目前各种转速轴箱轴承的试验要求。
When testing the performance of axle box bearings,many axlebox bearings pass the test,but they can not meet the requirements in actual loading and application without considering the effect of environmental factors.There⁃fore,a testing machine which can simulate the actual dynamic load of vehicles is developed.On the basis of analyzing the operating parameters of axlebox bearings and the relevant standards,the design requirements of the testing ma⁃chine are determined.The structure,function and test principle of the testing machine are described in detail,and the parameters,errors and functions of its are verified.The verification results show that the rotational speed,radial load,axial load,wind speed,high and low temperature,water flow and error of the testing machine all meet the design in⁃dexes.The testing machine can meet the test requirements of axlebox bearings with various rotational speeds at pres⁃ent.
