摘要
铁路货车转向架摇枕、侧架对疲劳可靠性要求较高,而传统的疲劳寿命计算方式,存在计算效率低、评估点有限、人为干预多,以及专业性要求强等问题。为解决这些问题,提出基于工程一体化疲劳设计软件nCode的计算方式。从计算结果精准度、计算效率、计算结果呈现、专业性要求等4方面对比分析2种计算方式,并得出以下结论:2种计算方式的计算结果精确度相同,但基于工程一体化疲劳设计软件nCode的计算方式可以呈现所有节点的疲劳寿命计算结果,计算效率提高了700多倍;仿真工作由一般的专业设计师就可以完成。
The bogie bolster and side frames of railway freight car have high requirements on fatigue reliability,while the traditional fatigue life calculation method has problems such as low calculation efficiency,limited evalua⁃tion points,many human interventions,and strong professional requirements.The calculation method based on the fa⁃tigue design software nCode is proposed to solve these problems.The two calculation methods is compared and ana⁃lyzed from the four aspects of accuracy,efficiency,presentation of calculation results and professional requirements,it draw the conclusions that the accuracy of calculation results of them is the same;However,the calculation method based on nCode can present the fatigue life calculation results of all nodes,and the calculation efficiency of that is in⁃creased by more than 700 times;The simulation work can be completed by general professional designers with that.
