摘要
针对牵引变电所改造时无法同步更新调度中心相应数据问题,依据DL/T 860(所有部分)《电力自动化通信网络和系统》中相关标准,分层划分牵引变电所智能电子设备,并建立智能电子设备数据模型。结合电力牵引远动系统的数据模型,基于面向对象的设计,建立远动系统设备数据模型。阐述应用DL/T 860(所有部分)中相关标准,建立远动系统与牵引变电所智能电子设备间通信模型,实现二者之间的通信。实践表明,在基于DL/T 860(所有部分)中相关标准升级改造牵引变电所时,利用远动系统与牵引变电所智能电子设备间通信模型,能在线实时远程动态同步、更新调度中心数据,以及远程自动同步生成、更新和管理牵引变电所智能电子设备静态参数表。
In view of the failure to update the corresponding data of the dispatching center synchronously during the transformation of the traction substation,the intelligent electronic device of traction substation is divided into layers,and the data model of intelligent electronic device is established,according to the relevant standards of DL/T 860(all parts)Electric power automation communication network and system.Combined with the data model of electric traction telemechanical system,based on object-oriented design,the data model of telemechanical system equipment is established.The paper describes the application of the relevant standards DL/T 860(all parts),establishes the communication model between the telemechanical system and the traction substation intelligent electronic device to realize the communication between them.The practice shows that when the traction substation is upgraded based on the relevant standards of DL/T 860(all parts)the dispatching center data can be dynamically synchronized and up⁃dated online in real time,and static parameter table of intelligent electronic equipment of traction substation can be automatically generated,updated and managed by using the communication model between the telemechanical system and the intelligent electronic device of the traction substation.
