摘要
加强师德建设是提升教育质量的内在要求与根本保障,也是增进教师幸福、学生幸福的重要途径。在物质丰裕的新时代背景下,人民群众的优势需要正由最基础的物质需要向更高级的精神需要转变,这一深刻的时代变化意味着我国教育事业的发展逻辑也必须实现从“饥饿逻辑”向“小康逻辑”的转换。相应地,师德建设的逻辑也就需要实现从“外驱逻辑”向“内驱逻辑”的转变。师德建设应当顺应教师群体优势需要的变化趋势,健全公平正义的师德建设机制,构建人文关怀的师德建设文化,增强促进自我修养的师德建设自觉。
Strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality is the inherent requirement and fundamental guarantee for improving the quality of education, and it is also an important way to improve the happiness of teachers and students. Under the background of the new era of material abundance, the people’s advantage needs are changing from the most basic material needs to the higher spiritual needs. This profound change of the times means that the development logic of our country’s education must also realize the transformation from the “hunger logic” to the “well-off logic”. Correspondingly, the logic of the construction of teachers’ morality also needs to realize the transformation from “external drive logic” to “internal drive logic”. The construction of teachers’ morality should conform to the changing trend of the advantage needs of teachers, improve the mechanism of teachers’ morality construction with fairness and justice, build a culture of teachers’ morality construction with humanistic care, and enhance the consciousness of self-cultivation of teachers’ morality construction.
